I started giving some of the new all shows a shot now that there's been a few episodes to watch.

Designated Survivor is pretty cool even though most of the characters are dumb (children).
Westworld is weird in a mysterious way. Not LOST s1 good, but pretty good.
Dark Matter s2 is on Netflix and is more of the same, which is neat, because it's still a fun show.
I like Pitch but I'm a sucker.

Anything else good I should be watching?

I just finished Luke Cage. I didn't hate it but i wasn't really feeling it either. Overall it was a more enjoyable and cohesive story than dare devil season 2. Lack of a great villain didn't help, though Shades was pretty good but he wasn't the focus. Striker almost felt tacked on? Sudden introduction midway through the season was meh

I dunno

I found Luke Cage to be really boring. Alfe Woodard is Jonathan Frakes' Godmother though, so thats cool. If Jessica Jones' premise was basically confronting rapists I don't really know what Luke Cage was supposed to be about - Anti-gentrification? I dunno.

I don't think I watched half the shows in that OP after making it, though with Dr. Ben Carson as our new HUD Secretary, the premise for designated survivor is now what would happen if Ben Carson became president.

I've been re watching unReal s2. Hot Rachel is so hot.

I've never really given Marco Polo a shot - It seems weird to me how little representation the hordes' have in pop culture despite being a pretty big deal.

Luke Cage was basically about respectability politics.

Brit Marling is not a good actress. I'm glad she somehow manages to get highish concept sci-fi stuff produced so hurray for that but wow, no reason to cast yourself.

I watched The Crown and I didn't really understand it.

Hot rachel tho.

I've been watching the US version of Shameless on Netflix. I remember watching parts of season 1 when it was new but man this is good. Almost done with season 2.

How they deal with characters like Sheila is just amazing. Comedic at the right times, dramatic at the right times etc. Emmy Rossum's incredible in it.

I don't know much about the show but I've been thinking about Joan/John Cusack a bit after rewatching Grosse Pointe Blank and and the first episode of the Lemony Snicket TV thing. I really like Joan Cusack raging. Does Joan Cusack rage in Shameless?

i have been watching shameless as well! It's really quite good. Emmy Rossum is so pretty. How is Lemony Snicket? I never read the books, so don't have any nostalgic connection to it.

The Young Pope was pretty lit. It's very silly in a fun way.

It's okay. Patrick Warburton is the narrator and thats cool but a lot of the characters are portrayed as melancholy, which is funny at some times and boring at others. I never read the books either but its fine background noise.

I didn't realise it was only 4 episodes. Veeeery frustrating!
Started watching Ozark cause friends were banging on about it being as good as Breaking Bad. Not even close. But it's interesting in its own way. I don't find myself very invested in any of the characters though, so that's where it falls flat for me.

I did binge all of the Handmaid's Tale. Probably the most depressing thing I've ever seen but I couldn't stop watching.

I watched Ozark and it was fun I guess. I think Annoying/Rebellious Teenager is a shitty TV trope because they never actually rebel - there's never any question that by the end they're going to be back on their parents' side. I want to see a child character who just rolls with the punches- that'd be new.

Story Time!: I know a guy from the Ozarks - Gay Republican who works 9 hour days at Apple and then works as a waiter in the evenings at P.F. Changs where his cocaine dealer got him a job. Probably works his second job to help pay for the cocaine habit.

When I finished Ozark I watched the first episode of Shameless and I really liked it so I guess I'm going to watch that now. I know I'm half a year late. :[

I watched GIFTED the X-men show and the first episode was good enough for me to watch a second.

Amy Acker is in it and I think pewps or Grel has a fascination or hatred for her?

Amy Acker is tops. I tried watching person of interest for her but the first season is so entirely uninteresting I never got to her parts. O didn’t even know there was an X-men show. Are there mutants?

Thunderbird's brother was in it too as Warpath and Sunspot was, too.

I was hopping they would just do Shadowcat, Iceman and Colossus too but OH WELL.
